This extended half-day leadership development program will feature expert guest speaker presentations, panel discussion and peer exchange forum to promote audience participation and dialogue. Aviation Professionals from all spheres of the industry including flight departments, aircraft management and charter companies, FBOs, MROs and others will learn and engage on key leadership and communication issues that are critical to their personal growth and professional success.
