The Southern California Aviation Association Tech Committee is co-hosting a Veterans Workforce Roundtable focused on practical, local solutions for bringing more veterans into Business Aviation.

This peer-to-peer discussion is designed for aircraft managers, DOMs, and aviation leaders who want to strengthen the SoCal workforce pipeline.

We’ll discuss how to:

• Attract more veterans into BizAv
• Build a local coalition to support military-to-civilian transition
• Better share the message
• Remove barriers—together
